Winter Wellness

 Colds and other illnesses are more common in winter. But there are things you can do to stay healthy. Here are four tips to keep you from getting sick

Wash your hands.

Germs live on things we touch. Wash your hands with soap and water. Scrub for at least 20 seconds to kill germs.

Eat healthy.

Stop the spread.
